All our beef and lamb is guaranteed Northern Ireland produce. We select the finest cuts and mature them in-store for 28 days to ensure tenderness.

Every day we create our gourmet sausage range from standard pork and beef to curry flavoured and pork with caramelised onion. We have over a dozen varieties to pick from daily – so our customers really are spoilt for choice.

In season we’ve become famous for locally shot pheasants, partridge, duck and venison AND we also have a supply of Scottish grouse. We even cure our own bacon in-store!
